Senior management positions (SMP) have changed, according to Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Indian stock market bourses were advised of the changes in exchange communication by the country’s largest IT company.

Due to his impending retirement, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) executive vice president K. Ananth Krishnan will no longer be employed in senior management positions (SMP). 

Ananth Krishnan will no longer be employed by SMP as of July 31, 2023, according to TCS’ exchange report, as he will be retiring in October 2023.

Tata Consultancy Services continued by stating that Dr. Harrick Vin, the Chief Services Innovation Officer, will begin serving as an SMP on August 1, 2023.

TCS member Dr. Harrick Vin has more than three decades of expertise in both academia and business. Harrick oversaw TCS Digitate in his previous position.

Rajashree R’s departure as a senior management position (SMP) was also confirmed by TCS. From July 31st, 2023, Shankar Narayanan, V Rajanna, Ashok Pai, Reguraman Ayyaswamy, and Siva Ganesan will serve as new SMPs.

Harrick Vin, M.D.

TCS Fellow and Chief Services Innovation Officer Dr. Harrick Vin works at Tata Consultancy Services. He has spent more than 30 years working in academia and industry, and he has worked with TCS for 18 years.

Harrick oversaw TCS Digitate in his previous position. He is a famous IIT Mumbai alumnus and a fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE). He spent 15 years teaching computer sciences at the University of Texas at Austin before joining TCS.

Shankar Narayanan

At TCS, Shankar Narayanan serves as Senior Vice President and has worked there for more than 30 years. He has held a number of significant positions, including those of Business Excellence and Transformation of Large Accounts and Global Head of the Retail, CPG, Travel, and Hospitality Businesses at Tata Consultancy Services.

In addition, Shankar oversaw the UK and Ireland markets for TCS, where he was in charge of business strategy, sales, operations, and delivery, in addition to fostering partnerships between executives and clients.

Rajanna V

Senior Vice President of Tata Consultancy Services and the organization’s head of business for communications, media, and technology is V. Rajanna. He has worked with the organization for more than 29 years and has 32 years of experience in the IT sector.

Rajanna previously held the position of Head of the Technology Business Unit. He also served as the location’s head in Hyderabad, where he was instrumental in the expansion of that center.

Ganesan Siva

Siva Ganesan is the global head of the Microsoft Business Unit and a senior vice president of Tata Consultancy Services.

Siva has worked for the business for more than 32 years and has extensive experience in sales, problem-solving, operations, program management, delivery, and international account management. Before this, he was in charge of the Travel, transportation, and Hospitality businesses at TCS.
