The “Following” feature has been introduced to Threads, the platform that Mark Zuckerberg created. Users will be able to browse posts from the individuals they follow in chronological order using this new tab.

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, sent a message on the Threads platform announcing the new functionality. He captioned his response to a user’s request for this particular feature, “Ask and you shall receive.”

Also announcing the new “Following” feature on Instagram, Zuckerberg said, “Started rolling out an option for a chronological feed of only people you’re following.”

Twitter’s competition still shows its users the “For You” page by default. They must thus touch on either the home icon at the bottom left of the app or the Threads logo at the top in order to reach the “Following” page.

Here’s How The “Following” feature Works On “Threads”

Users must go through this step again each time they use the app in order to see the material in the“Following” feature.

If clicking the symbol does not change the feed to the “Following” feature, Threads may not have pushed out the functionality to everyone. In these situations, it’s conceivable that those folks haven’t yet been given the choice to view your followers in chronological order.

The “Following” feature has been added to Threads and is now visible to users on both Android and iOS.

Recall that the Threads parent firm just made the second upgrade available to iOS users of its well-liked microblogging app. This most recent update fixes a number of problems with the previous version while also introducing a number of new features. The creator of Threads, Cameron Roth, has offered commentary on the distribution of this update.

The choice to roll out these updates was made in reaction to a discernible drop in the number of daily active users of the app, which was linked to the lack of essential capabilities offered on competitor platforms.

The next upgrade for Threads, which is already being sent out to users, was just revealed by Threads developer Cameron Roth in a post on the microblogging site. A number of intriguing new features are expected to be included in the update, including the ability to translate text, the addition of a Follows tab to the Activity feed, and the ability to subscribe to unfollowed individuals, among other improvements.
